For many years, the Delta Companies has implemented a strategy of vertical integration whereby we increasingly manufacture most of our needed construction materials. Recognizing the importance of being a good neighbor and the issues inherent in the operations at these production sites, we are constantly pursuing efforts to make our facilities as environmentally friendly as possible, and to develop an ongoing dialogue with local residents. We believe dialogue is essential to understanding the needs of local communities, explaining exactly what we do, and constructively working toward mutual understanding and satisfaction to prevent crisis situations.

Community Open Houses
The Delta Companies strives to be a good neighbor. Throughout the year, we host Open Houses/Plant Tours to introduce our operations to residents, businesses owners, legislators, public agency officials, schools, and visitors. This allows them to get a sneak peak of the construction activities occurring within their community and to better understand our ongoing efforts to operate within the cities safely and efficiently where we live and work.
